If you’re facing this problem, you’re not alone.

I also asked myself this question not long ago when I bought a data bundle on Glo, and it didn’t work while I was about to use it.

Now, I don’t want to keep the solution to myself alone. That’s why I decided to come up with this post to supply answers to those asking, why is my Glo data not working.

  1. It’s a general problem but I assure you, you don’t have to reboot your phone or tamper with your connection settings.. there is always a delay when a new data plan is subscribed to.. all you need to do is
    •switch off your data
•then request for your data balance thru d code, this automatically activated the plan asap and immediately.. you get a message saying your data plan has been activated.. switch it back on.. then boom.. it starts working..
